Operator level
Operators learn what the machine is actually doing at each station, how to read a defect on the container and trace it back to a cause, how to run a proper changeover, and which adjustments are theirs to make versus which need maintenance. The goal is that a crooked label or a flagging trailing edge gets diagnosed on the floor instead of escalating.
Maintenance level
Maintenance training goes into the aggregate itself: glue system setup, gripper and transfer timing, wear limits on the components that matter, and the teardown and reassembly sequence for the parts your team should be handling in house. We cover cold glue, hot melt and pressure sensitive machines, and we tailor the session to the machines you actually run rather than a generic curriculum.
