What a Site Visit Looks Like
Calling out a technician should not feel like a gamble. Before anyone travels, we want enough information to arrive with the right parts in the van rather than diagnosing on your time and then ordering.
Before the visit
- Machine model, aggregate type and rough age
- What the defect looks like on the finished container
- When it started and whether anything changed on the line beforehand
- Line speed, container and label stock
- Photos or a short video of the machine running, if you can get one safely
A short video is often worth more than a long phone call. Seeing the transfer happen at speed usually tells us in seconds what a description takes twenty minutes to narrow down.
On the day
Work ranges from a single part swap through to a full teardown and rebuild of an aggregate. Where it is practical we will show your maintenance team what we are doing and why, so the same fault does not need a call-out next time. If we find something beyond the original scope, you hear about it before we start on it — not on the invoice.
After the visit
You get a plain description of what was wrong, what was replaced or rebuilt, and what we would keep an eye on next. If a component is close to end of life but not there yet, we will tell you so you can plan the changeover instead of reacting to it.
